The QuickPic Photo ID System provides an affordable alternative to most other photo ID systems on the market, without sacrificing any of the quality that other systems offer for both commercial and governmental applications. BADGE CREATION:
Comprehensive badge design capability
  • Captures photos with any TWAIN compliant device, such as a scanner or digital camera, as well as CCTV (with Frame Grabber Video Card) and Web Cab via USB Port
  • Easy drag & drop “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) design tools with chromakey and ghosting support enables professional looking cards with customized backgrounds and logos
  • Signatures can be imported via a signature pad, width and color being user defined
  • Image cropping capability
  • Incorporated security features such as duplex card designs and pastel or “ghosted” images
  • Multiple design templates easily applied for card printing
  • Dual Sided Templates can have generic back and custom front
  • Add corporate logos using raster graphic file formats BMP and JPEG
  • Both facial image and signature can be captured, or imported for each cardholder, and printed on card
  • Badges can be created as part of a group, allowing for batch badge creation

ABOUT SAFECRYPTNET
SafeCryptNet™ is a proven software process for protecting data from unauthorized use or manipulation. Multiple Patents Pending!

  • SafeCryptNet™ encrypts and decrypts individual data base fields within a record of a file while keeping the rest of the database encrypted
  • SafeCryptNet™ also changes the concept of redundancy, with SafeCryptNet™ “redundancy” is    expanded to an unlimited number of servers on the secure network, utilizing a method for sharing process control of a system
  • Data stored on the hard drive is encrypted.
  • Utilizes both private and public keys (FIPS 140-2 protocol)
  • Fast access. Additional time is estimated to be less then 20 milliseconds per encryption/decryption


DATABASE SUPPORT:
Although the QuickPic series functions extremely well as a standalone system it has been designed to network seamlessly with the employee databases of our access control and security products.

  • Standard cardholder data stored such as Name, Card Number, Inactive Date, Company, Department or Job Title, default access permission, and expiration period
  • QuickPic can manage multiple databases simultaneously and up to 45 user definable data fields

  • Can import and merge records and fields from multiple databases

  • Bi-directional database communications, ensuring updates are instantaneously recorded on all hosts and remote terminals, even over the Internet! Import from any ODBC compliant database
  • Full custom report capabilities, with ability to attach biometric (fingerprint, handprint, or retina scan) image and pictures to reports
  • Card records can be securely sent via the Internet in a “ready to print” format to an Asure ID Card Service Bureau for primary or backup card printing
